How to Rent from Quail Properties
 Thank you for your interest in choosing Quail Properties Inc. Our properties are maintained and managed to the highest quality found in North Carolina today.

 The application process consists of an application with a $50.00 application fee. Once the application is received some of the information we obtain for qualification is:

• Credit report
• Credit References
• Criminal background report
• Previous rental history
• A verifiable income of 3 times the monthly rent

Upon acceptance of a pet by Quail Properties Inc., a Pet Deposit of $200.00 must be paid of which $100.00 is non-refundable. The Pet Agreement must be signed and the Pet Deposit paid prior to the pet entering the premises. In addition, there is a $10.00 pet fee per month per pet.

Term
Lease terms are twelve months. However, we would be happy to work with you on alternative terms.
