How to Rent from Quail Properties

 The application process consists of an application with a $50.00 application fee. Once the application is received we look for the following:

• Credit reference along with a general credit report is obtained
• Criminal background report is obtained
• Good previous rental history
• A verifiable income of 3 times the monthly rent

Upon acceptance of a pet by Quail Properties Inc., a Pet Deposit of $200.00 must be paid of which $100.00 is non-refundable. The Pet Agreement must be signed and the Pet Deposit paid prior to the pet entering the premises. In addition, there is a $10.00 pet fee per pet.

Term
Lease terms twelve months. However, we would be happy to work with you on alternative terms.
